Whispers of Hope – Long Journey to Heaven is a deeply personal album dedicated to my cousin Imma.
The album brings together a collection of pieces that share the same emotional and cinematic sensibility. The piano serves as the main thread throughout the album, surrounded by strings, orchestral textures and atmospheric soundscapes that seek to express emotions that are often difficult to put into words.
The music moves through different shades of feeling — tenderness, nostalgia, calm, melancholy, and those unexpected moments of light and warmth that appear throughout the emotional journey.
Although many of these pieces were composed before the idea for this album came to life, bringing them together under this dedication gives them a new meaning and allows them to become part of the same journey.
Rather than telling a specific story, this album is simply a space to remember, to feel, and to let the music express what words sometimes cannot.
